Alumni of the culinary world, James switched careers and entered the barbering industry 8 years ago. This led him to the opportunity to be trained & mentored under elite artists in the industry. James is dedicated to providing exceptional service by keeping up with current trends and ensuring that every client leaves his chair feeling confident. He is a tried and true advocate of providing services to help with mental health, utilizing his craft to support awareness year after year.
James is exceptionally patient. ( especially working alongside his wife, Saly and the rest of the ladies at 106.) He is a proud father, food critic, snowboarder and ex nomad. Off days expect him to be on his motorcycle, golfing or vacationing with his family.
Saly, a hairstyling icon with 25 years of game-changing experience. Saly has been perfecting the art of her own hair career. Her true passion is to empower individuals to unleash their inner beauty, rock their unique vibe and own your confidence. “I’m forever trying to radiate real connections, create effortless lived-in hairstyles, and extensions, while maintaining the integrity of the hair. That’s my frequency!”

With 25 years of expertise, Karolyn masters the art to push creative boundaries. She curates every detail thoroughly and loves to mix it up with styles to reflect her client’s individuality. Her hustle and determination is a true reflection of her commitment to quality and care. Karolyn specializes in all things “blonding” to rich & dark dimensional tones and extensions. When she’s not behind the chair, Karolyn can be found in her beautiful home oasis she recently built with her husband, two boys and 3 dogs.She’s the protector, the analyst, the zen master.
Sadaf, the fresh face of hairstyling! After completing her high school co-op program, she joined forces with Saly & Karolyn. With determination and passion, Sadaf rocked her cosmetology program and apprenticeship. She’s an attentive stylist who carefully listens to her clients’ hair and colour desire, ensuring she exceeds their expectation. Now, she's spreading her wings with her own series! Long, thick hair is her jam, and lived-in colour is her next obsession.
If she’s not working, she loves cooking, spending time with her family.
